How do I cancel an order?
Here at IMEI Source does not allow Order Cancellation if any order status is In Process or Completed. But if your order status is Awaiting Action or Pending, then you are eligible for order cancellation request & if you require any Order Cancellation, please request us for order cancellation by the following guidelines below.
Order Cancellation Guidelines
1. Login at IMEI Source.
2. Go to Order Cancellation Form (Login required).
3. Select Order Verification.
4. Select Service Type.
5. Tick on: Select an Issue from the given form.
6. Enter your IMEI Order ID.
7. Enter your IMEI / Serial Number.
8. On Message Box, provide details of your order related issue.
9. Click the Submit button.
10. And Finished.
Note: Once the Order Cancellation request has been sent, we will response/feedback by email within 24 Hours. Please be patient after the cancellation request has been sent.
