iPhone 3/3GS/4/4S devices can be unlocked with services where iPhone 5/5S models are included.

Example: A service named "AT&T USA - iPhone 5/5c/5s/6/6+/SE/6s/6s+/7/7+/8/8+/X/SE 2020 [ Semi Premium ]", this service can be used for iPhone 3/3gs/4/4s models. It will not act as the wrong model.
